For sequencing at BeGenDiv you need to follow the BeGenDiv Checklist, complete it and send it back to BeGenDiv. Please choose the version that your spreadsheet software supports.

BeGenDiv has significant computational capacity as well as a High Performance Computing Partnership with Freie Universität Berlin that provides access to the recently procured “Curta” computer cluster and “Hyper Store” storage system at the scientific computing core facility.
This state-of-the-art system is funded by a DFG Major Research Instrumentation project and enables storage and computation of petabyte-scale data.
